I just wanted to take the time to thank my friends. Through the loss of Lynda, my friends have been the one constant source of comfort in my life. I feel so blessed to have the most amazing, caring friends who quietly support me.
I began receiving the list of donors from Columbia Law School and the surprising, yet not surprising thing about the list is that it was full of all my dear friends - most of them who had never known Lynda, but chose to honor her memory, and honor me as a friend by making a donation. So, while this site was created for Lynda's friends, I want to take the time to tell my friends that you are all amazing and your love and support humbles me. Thank you for being there for me.

H. Lynda Hong Scholarship Fund Donations
The Hyeseung Lynda Hong Scholarship at Columbia Law School was created in 1998 through the generosity of friends, family and classmates, to honor the memory of Lynda Hyeseung Hong, Columbia Law School Class of 1998.
A third-year student at the time of her death, Ms. Hong was to become an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore after graduation. Her law school career was marked with enthusiastic participation in a variety of student activities. Notably, in her second year, Ms. Hong served as co-chair for the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).
The Hyeseung Lynda Hong Scholarship is awarded annually to students, preferably women of Asian descent, who possesses intellectual vigor and a genuine love for the law. Please join us in celebrating the life of an admired and respected friend and colleague, known for her integrity and thoughtfulness, by giving a gift to the scholarship in her name at Columbia Law School. Please be sure to note on your gift that the funds should be directed to The Hyeseung Lynda Hong Scholarship.

Hi Everyone....
My parents and I wanted to commemorate the 10th year of the loss of Lynda with something positive. What better way to remember her by than to share your fondest memories of her!
For us, her family, there hasn't been a day that goes by without missing her exuberance, her wit, her charm and her beauty. We wonder how we've made it this far without her. I wish I could tell you that the pain gets easier to deal with, but a loss like losing Lynda was something we still haven't been able to fully comprehend. Although it's still impossible for us to talk about her without crying, we still love to enjoy memories of her. And we would like nothing more than for you to be able to share your memories with us and each other. So, please leave your posts in the comments sections, and I'll copy and paste them on to the blog regulary for easy viewing. (Sorry, I'm not a techie, so if you have better suggestions on how people can view your comments more easily)
